Contacting School Staff
Contact administrators or teachers by note, email or telephone. Teachers respond to email within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. For urgent, same-day needs, call the front office at 719-234-4000. Schedule teacher conferences during noninstructional time.

Homework
Teachers share grade-level homework procedures and expectations at the beginning of the year. See Homework for learning goals and Attendance for make-up work after absences.
Report Cards and Conferences
Standards-based report cards are issued each quarter through Infinite Campus. Fall conferences are parent-teacher conferences, and spring conferences are student-led. Families may request additional conferences as needed.
Student Placement
Teachers share learning information with the next grade level, and parents may submit information about their child. The principal and assistant principal make placement decisions after considering input from teachers, support staff and families.
School Pictures
Individual pictures are taken early in the school year, with retakes as needed. Classroom group pictures are taken in the spring. Review your Media Release Agreement in Infinite Campus for yearbook photo permissions.
